Anil formed CAE Solutions to provide consulting software services for Internet products. Prior to forming CAE, Anil worked for Cadkey, Inc., a computer aided engineering firm as a General Manager for offshore software development services. He was also a visiting professor at WPI and has taught graduate courses. Anil has expertise in creating offshore development opportunities on BOT basis. Under his leadership CAE has successfully transferred the operations to NewRiver, resulting in enormous savings, control and stability to NewRiver. Anil has served as NewRiver's Chief Technology Officer from 1999-2002.

Anil holds a BS from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at New Delhi, MS from Purdue University and Ph.D. from WPI, MA. He has many journal and conference papers to his credit.

Ron brings over 25 years of extensive project management and Senior Business Analyst experience both on mainframe and PC platforms, and in Web development, design and analytics. He is responsible for the staff, process and management of CAE project deliverables. Working closely with CAE systems development team and the business client, Ron’s team ensures focused management, smooth implementation and on-going support of project deliverables.

Previously, Ron was employed with TJX Companies, Inc. and Millbrook Distribution Services of Massachusetts, and held various management positions within corporate systems. Following integrated SDLC practices, he provided business requirements, development, implementation and support of key business applications for corporate ERP systems.

Ron received his BA in Philosophy.

Louis "MAC" McDavid is responsible for Business Development at CAE. He joins CAE with over 15 years of experience in enterprise software and services. Prior to joining CAE, Mac was holding numerous leadership roles with IBM Corporation, AT&T, Heinz USA, Eastman Kodak and Citibank.

Mac has experience in devloping and creating market place in various geographies like Australia, Brazil, Europe and America. He brings in a rare combination of techno-functional acumen and business insight. He has deep knowledge of diverse business environments.

Mac will be responsible for administratively managing the Transformation services and strategic client relationships. Previously, he has also played a key role in identification and execution of initiatives for inorganic growth.

Mac has an A.S. degree in banking, a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Management from Bryant University.

As Director of Operations, Victor Duclos has many years of Call Center Management and Back Office Operations experience. He has participated in several implementations of new software projects and worked with business team to help identify processes and database design. Prior to joining CAE, Victor was responsible for Operations at Philips in the Customer Sales Call Center.

He is an expert in migration functions such as opportunity and solution identification, process mapping and solution implementation to client offices. He is very client-focused and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

Victor reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for running the day to day operations of CAE facility in USA.

Sunil has more than 12 years of professional experience with technology development, and leadership. His credentials include data center management, network & security architecture and implementation, and systems and application programming.

Sunil is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the technology team. He has experience on a wide variety of technical platforms from mainframes to n-tier client-server Internet architectures. His knowledge of technical development tools, databases, protocols, platforms and infrastructure issues contributes to the success of our clients' various Internet-based initiatives. He has been with the company since inception.

Sunil has BS in Computer Science & Engineering.

Seema heads the Operations team. Seema brings with her over 18 years of international experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Transformation and Offshore BPO initiatives. She has a MD degree in Medicine from St. Vincent hospital, Bridgeport, CT.

Seema has proven leadership skills in project planning, team management and project management developing successful business cases for a wide variety of Publishing and internet based application companies across North America.

She is responsible for the overall operations of CAE. Seema has been instrumental in guiding the teams on high-end data manipulation, analytics and DTP & Prepress.
